Coordination “Animal Venomics” (LOEWE TBG) & own project (2018-2021)

Coordinating the ‘Animal Venomics’ group at JLU Gießen linked to Fraunhofer IME and LOEWE TBG was quite a challenge given its dualistic nature of evolutionary & applied research on animal venoms. In peak times we had > 15 group members including technical assistants, PhD students and Postdocs
